  • Q: Do you work with clients outside Thailand?
    A: Yes. Documents are reviewed digitally and originals are couriered worldwide, so you do not need to be in Thailand for most cases.
  • Q: What is the difference between Apostille and embassy legalisation?
    A: Thailand joined the Hague Apostille Convention with effect from 2 December 2025. Documents for member states finish with an Apostille; documents for non-member states still need the destination embassy in Thailand after MFA legalisation.
  • Q: How long does MFA legalisation take?
    A: Typically 3–5 working days for standard service and 1–2 working days for express, depending on the queue at the Department of Consular Affairs.
  • Q: Does a notary certify that the translation is correct?
    A: No. A notarial certification confirms the signature or the copy, not the content. Translation accuracy is certified separately by the translator.
  • Q: Do I need to visit your office in person?
    A: Usually not. Only signature certification requires your presence or a video appointment; everything else can be handled remotely.
  • Q: How do I get a quote?
    A: Send a scan or photo of the document via LINE, WhatsApp or e-mail. You receive the scope, steps and timeline free of charge.
