- เมื่อได้รับใบรับรอง หากปลายทางกำหนด ให้แปลรับรองและยื่นนิติกรณ์ที่กรมการกงสุล ต่อด้วย Apostille หรือรับรองสถานทูตแล้วแต่ประเทศปลายทาง
