  2. ตรวจสายทางรับรองที่ถูกต้อง — ปลายทางเป็นประเทศภาคีอนุสัญญา Apostille จบที่กรมการกงสุล ส่วนประเทศที่ไม่ใช่ภาคี (หรือหน่วยงานปลายทางที่ยังกำหนดเพิ่ม) ต้องรับรองซ้อนที่สถานทูตประจำประเทศไทยอีกชั้น
