- Client profile
- Company with foreign shareholders · documents must be coordinated across countries and languages · Location: Norway (coordinated with Samut Sakhon)
- Services used
- real estate and land matters + corporate and commercial law work + Thai civil registration and government paperwork
- Challenge
- The old document no longer matched the current format requirements — the task was to make this set usable by the receiving authority in Norway in the required format.
- What we did
- book queue slots so that the document flow matches the client's own deadline
- compare the spelling of names against the passport and the main reference documents
- have a second reviewer proofread the translation independently of the translator
- draft a power of attorney that covers every step to be handled on the client's behalf
- Outcome and indicative timeline
- the risk points were corrected before filing, which reduced the number of revision rounds · several working days, depending on the queue at the authority
- What mattered most to the client
- detailed checking before filing to reduce the chance of a return
