Q: Do I need to be physically present to notarize a Translation Certification?
A: Yes. Under Thai Notarial Services regulations (2003) the signer must appear in person before the notary with a valid passport. Online notarization is not yet available in Thailand.

Q: Which countries accept Thai Apostille?
A: All 125 Hague Convention member states including US, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Korea, most of Latin America. Non-Hague countries (e.g. UAE, China, Vietnam) still require dual legalization via embassy.
