China is a Hague Apostille Convention member. After Thailand joins Hague in 2026, documents notarized in Thailand + Thai MFA Apostille will be accepted directly in China without embassy legalization. Meanwhile, the traditional chain (Notary → Thai MFA → Chinese Embassy Bangkok (Rachadapisek)) still applies. China joined Hague Apostille Nov 2023. Post-2026 Thai Apostille + Chinese Consulate no longer needed. Native Mandarin team.
