Korea is a Hague Apostille Convention member. After Thailand joins Hague in 2026, documents notarized in Thailand + Thai MFA Apostille will be accepted directly in Korea without embassy legalization. Meanwhile, the traditional chain (Notary → Thai MFA → Korean Embassy Bangkok (Thonglor)) still applies. Korea uses Apostille (Hague since 2007).
